Former Sekondi Eleven Wise midfielder, James Bissue has joined American third tier side Pittsburgh Riverhounds, SportsCrusader.com has gathered.
The former Ghanaian Youth international signed a two-year deal with the Belle Vernon side on Wednesday and is expected to start training with his new team mates next weeks.
The 24-year old shot to fame in Ghanaian football circles when he scored 13 goals in 16 matches for Eleven Wise during the 2013/2014 Division One League season.
On September 18, 2014, Bissue signed a 3-year contract with the Montreal Impact of Major League Soccer following a short trial with Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko.
He was released by the Canadian side at the end of his first season without making a single first-team appearance.
Bissue returned to Ghana in December last year trained with top flight side Sekondi Hasaacas for three weeks but discussions stalled over a possible contract.
After sealing the deal with the United Soccer League side, the former Hearts of Oak man is set to become the second the Ghanaian on Riverhounds’ books along with Stephen Okai.
